MSCL provided following services on this project:
This was 10 seats center and received complaints from consumers calling from anywhere in the city. For registering complains consumers use an UAN number. The CMC system records the complaints; divert consumer call to any one of the ten available operators. Operators respond to the caller using Complaint Management System.
MSCL staff involved in development of application software work at SDC hosted at KW&SB premises at Karsaz. This Center has capacity to house four analyst/programmers and a software development manager.
MSCL provided implementation support for application software developed by MSCL.
During the contract period MSCL was responsible for maintenance support for software, hard ware and network provided by MSCL. MSCL was also responsible for operation support, change management and disaster recovery services.
MSCL implemented Complaint Management System including Online Tanker System module at Karachi Water & Sewerage Board. MSCL provided Customization, Implementation, Deployment and Maintenance services on this project. MSCL also providing operation support services through Call Center to manage complaints and water tanker requests for Karachi Water & Sewerage Board.
