These resources must be managed efficiently to meet project
objectives. This increases the importance of Project
Management and related training.
Over the time Project management has
developed into a sophisticated set of tools and techniques,
which can help the managers of today to complete projects on
time, within budget and contribute to the overall success of
the organization. Furthermore it is important for the
service organizations that the top management is skilled
enough to manage project-based business in the

Many projects fail or overrun cost and time
estimates because of poor planning, inadequate allocation of
resources, inefficient scheduling of time or simply low
commitment from top management. Projects also fail because

managers make, when they are handling complex projects. It
